SCHOOL HORSES

The safety and comfort of our riders and our horses remains our top priority.

At Matador Farm, we pride ourselves on having an extensive collection of reliable and safe ponies and horses to meet the needs of all riders of all ages taking lessons with us.

We are very proud of the quality and condition of our school horses, and work diligently to maintain the health and high standard of our herd. Many of our horses have competitive backgrounds as eventers, hunters, jumpers or dressage horses, and we offer horses that are beginner-safe, as well as more horses that have the scope and ability to present appropriate challenges for more experienced riders.

All of our students have access to our sale, school and show horses. Even if you board your own horse with us, you may find it helpful to learn from one of our experienced schoolmasters. We have lesson horses as well as a steady influx of sale horses our students are able to ride. Regardless if you are a beginner and this is your first time on a horse or if you would like to show at the top levels of the sport, chances are we have a horse that is right for you!
